Greetings, Programs! I hope you will excuse this bit of blatant self-promotion, but I wanted to let my RPGIlloShow fans know that I have opened a shop on Etsy.com, where you can find awesome D&D-related t-shirts of my own design, along with D&D bookmarks, and my 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2013 sketchbooks (my 2010 sketchbook, Out of the Mists, is sold out)! I have limited supplies of everything, and once they're gone, they're likely gone forever! So get yours while you can! And for a limited time, every t-shirt order comes with a free matching bookmark, autographed by the artist (hey, that's me!).
Please drop by and take a look. You can find my shop, The Fantastic Gallery, here: www.etsy.com/shop/TheFantastic…
Here's a sampling of the art featured on the shirts and bookmarks!
Thanks!

Well, Eclipse Sucks...
Just a note to all members: there's a good chance that if you have submitted art to this group, that it will expire before I can accept it. The reason for this is deviantART's recent switch to ECLIPSE. ECLIPSE is not exactly what one can call "user-friendly" nor, even after a couple of years of being in place, does it seem to have been integrated fully into the site. As a result, a lot of controls and functionality seems to have vanished, including, unfortunately, the ability to view pending group submissions.
In other words, I can't accept your submissions because I CAN'T FIND THEM.
Hopefully, they'll either correct this issue or I'll f
Time For Another Reminder
It becomes necessary from time to time to post a reminder of what this group is about and what we deem acceptable for inclusion in our galleries. The focus of this group is extremely narrow: we accept art from and about tabletop roleplaying games, and tabletop roleplaying games ONLY. We DO NOT accept art from any other source. That means video games, card games, board games, novels, or comic books, even if they're related to a tabletop RPG. That's the basics of it. For more details, here's a handy guide...
Art we accept:
-RPG character portraits (PC or NPC)
-Illustrations from your RPG sessions.
-Professional illustration specifically c
No More Ad Posts
Hey everyone. Just a quick note to announce that I am no longer going to accept posts that resemble advertisements, regardless of the subject matter. This specifically includes Journal entries announcing contests or providing commission information. As such, I have closed the "Contests and Announcements" folder and removed its (now grossly out of date) content from the group. From now on, we will only accept posts that emphasize art. Note that art posted with commission information in the details section is perfectly acceptable.
Thanks.

Preparation for Article 13
Hello all,
Many of you might be aware of a piece of legislation currently in the process of being passed in the EU, Article 13. It's been designed to protect copyright, however its design is causing a lot of concern in the artistic community - especially those of us who make a living off art.
I'm going to keep watch to see how this situation develops, but it strikes me that uploading content of other peoples' characters (ie., the backbone of what I do here) may become very difficult if this legislation goes through. Further than that, finding customers in the first place may become very difficult.
Furthermore, some people are saying that A
